Shipping and Delivery Policy

1.  Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 of our business working days excluding UK Bank Holidays.  (Please note our business working days are Thursday to Saturday inclusive).  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  (Please ensure you have provided us with such information.) 

2.  Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for standard Royal Mail delivery. 

Please note that delivery delays can occur occasionally due to high volumes, extreme weather or local disruptions.

3.  Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Geographical Surcharges:  We strive to apply fair and transparent delivery surcharges.  Any extra costs for remote postcodes will be calculated at checkout.

Restricted Goods:  Due to courier safety guidelines, certain items (eg aerosols, fragrances, batteries) may be subject to shipping restrictions and may not be eligible therefore for shipping.

4.  International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping internationally.

5.  Missing or Damaged Parcels

Under UK Consumer Law, the goods remain our responsibility until they are signed for or delivered to your designated safe place.  

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@thelimppsfieldhomecompany.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please notify us immediately so we can launch an investigation.
